Transatlantic Relations Under US President Joe Biden

This essay examines three levels of challenges the new U.S. President Joe Biden must confront: those in global arena, that are pertinent for transatlantic relations and which relate specifically to German-American relations. Plotting steps all arenas will require coordination with partners engagement competitors. That triangle requires understanding how overlap, where they can complement each other finding common ground.
